こんにちは！ジェーン・グドール博士の想いを受け継ぎ、ユースのアクションをサポートしたい大人のための連続講座がはじまります。
「何かを変えたい」と願う若者たちを支える大人になりませんか？ 本講座では、Roots & Shootsの4ステップ・フォーミュラを学びながら、実際のユースプログラム「Kick Start Roots & Shoots」をオブザーブし、学校や地域での実践につなげていきます。

学校・地域などで、ユースのアクションを支援したい大人の方
日程（すべて金曜日 19:00〜20:30）
第0回（オンデマンド）： 地球の現状と、Roots & Shoots の背景を学ぶ
第1回（8/22）： R&S紹介・リーダーシップワーク・課題マッピング観察
第2回（9/26）： マッピングの共有・アクション決定プロセス観察
第3回（10/24）： アクションの振り返りとお祝い
第4回（11/21）： リーダーシップの再確認・ストーリーテリングを学ぶ
第5回（11/28）： アイデアの共有・コミュニティづくりの第一歩へ
各回の「ルーツ&シューツのキックスタートコース」にオブザーバーとして参加いただき、終了後30分、学びや振り返りの時間を作らせていただきます。
※欠席回はアーカイブ対応あり。全回参加を推奨！

Hello everyone! This summer, we’re launching a special course designed for adults who want to support youth action in their schools or communities, following the vision of Dr. Jane Goodall.
Do you want to be someone who empowers young people striving to make a difference? In this course, you will learn about the Roots & Shoots 4-Step Formula while observing the youth sessions from the “Kick Start Roots & Shoots” program. You will gain tools and confidence to support young changemakers in your own setting.

Course Overview
Who Can Join?
Adults who wish to support youth action in schools or local communities
Schedule (All Fridays, 7:00–8:30 PM JST)
Session 0 (On-demand): Learn about the global environmental crisis and the background of Roots & Shoots
Session 1 (Aug 22): Observe R&S Course—leadership discovery & community mapping
Session 2 (Sep 26): Observe sharing of maps & creating first actions
Session 3 (Oct 24): Observe reflections & celebration of youth action
Session 4 (Nov 21): Observe leadership and storytelling workshops
Session 5 (Nov 28): Exchange ideas & build connections in your community
From session 1 to 4, you will observe the monthly 1 hour R&S course with additional 30 minutes of post-observation reflection and learning time. Recordings available if you miss a session (though full participation is encouraged!)

Session 0: On-demand (video to watch beforehand)
Sessions 1–5: Live via Zoom
